I rolled into Ben Sherman on Saturday after seeing an awesome advert in the GQ, of a guy wearing a skinny suit, just like Pete Doherty! Unfortunately there were no suits but I did find an awesome jacket, and unfortunately again the medium had a great snug fit but my arms are too long for it. The jacket is normally around R3500, but at 50% off (On selected products) you’re looking at around R1750, for a Ben Sherman jacket, how sick is that?! You’re paying R800 for jackets at YDE so this is basically criminal to buy it for R1750.
(On a side, you will enjoy me new outfit for high rolling. G-Star skinny jeans, Polo slim fit salmon shirt and my Sixty shoes…I honestly look like I’ve walked out of London. Chicks go mental for it because they are convinced I’m from a London band. Ah you sound like you from London!)
I managed to find a similar jacket that is for sale, online. So here is a picture of what the cut is like, not the exact same jacket but Ben Sherman nonetheless:
I believe there are medium and large left, so go have a look before they sell out. It goes really well with dark denim jeans for a nice smart yet casual and comfortable look and feel. You’ll feel like a million bucks! I cannot stress the importance of a proper fitting jacket! No one wants a billowing suit and more than anything, it makes you look less smart than a suit should and makes you look like an average South African estate agent. You are better off wearing a white v-neck t-shirt and casual jeans than you are wearing an ill fitting suit. A good suit should fit like this:

Which is why it is important to spend some decent money on proper clothing that is fitted.
Do you know how crazy women go when you tell them that your suit is ‘bespoke’? It’s should be illegal to have bespoke clothing, it’s like clubbing baby seals (Usual apologies to PETA)
