I thought you’d never ask!

Lance Armstrong stayed at Ellerman House in Cape Town while down here where he rode the Argus Cycle Tour and I’ve written about this place before, because it was used as the St Barts Hotel in Lord Of War.

So here it is, and it’s disgusting:

Ellerman House is located at 180 Kloof Road, Bantry Bay.

awesome place hey sean… beautiful..
a friend was working there this weekend, and some interesting info on lance…
he would not eat anything that is not prepared by his personal chef who flies with him around the world… the reason being he is paranoid about some1 spiking his chow with preformance enhances!

Yeah that place is my favourite. I visited once but my head nearly exploded and I had to leave! Mad how some people can live.

That is hectic about the food situation...mad! I was so stoked when I saw him on Suikerbossie yesterday, it made my whole year! I'm such a huge fan it's a bit stupid:)
