I spotted this over at our friends at Cape Town Alive, which had me absolutely delighted!

It was years ago that my sister and her friends used to talk about “Basil’s legendary parties”, but I was too young to know anything about them. And for the first time since I had heard of Basil all those years ago, it seems I have been reintroduced to the myth and legend surrounding them!
